Is it posible to make a menu like this in X5?

No, not standard at least, and with coding I think it would also be a firm job.
You could get close by not using a menu and setting up a row of pictures and set links to these pictures to create a menu.
But the angled items I would not know how they made this.
Can you provide the website adres?
