Generic error trying to activate templates  en

Hi!

I'm having a problem when i try to astivate and download free templates in program.

Every times, i get a message saying "Erro genérico" (Generic error) and i can't download nothing.

Needing help fast, since i want to download a template that i want to modify to a site.

I already have the latest Net Framework installed.

Already reinstalled the software, and now i get an error saying that i need to create an account at website x5 answers to download the template, but i already have it and i'm logged on it.

Hello Abelardo,

Can you please try to also with other templates and then enter the username and password used here on answers.websitex5.com to see if then the templates can be downloaded?

Hi Claudio!

I'm having serious issues with Website X5. Yes, i tried with other templates, A LOT of them, and had the same error all the times.

So i unninstalled the program, reinstalled, and now, that templates that i was trying to download doesn't appear anymore on templates list, also, doesn't appears templates to buy or other options. Only appears the templates that came with software, and that's all.

But worst of all: all the stuff that i bought with credits aren't appearing anymore, like Calendar in example, in object categories.

Please, i do use this software for work, and i need some help quickly.

Hello Abelardo,

Did you use the same account you used the first time when you reinstalled it or tried to download the templates?

Unfortunately the screenshots are not present. Can you please check if the correct account has been used?

Hello Abelardo,

Try to uninstall the program and then delete the installation folder in program files.

Once done go in C:\Users\Your Username \AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v11 - Professional

And delete all content and folders except the folder Templates and the content in it otherwise you loose all your custom templates.

Once done download the installer from your profile under downloads and reinstall the program to test if then it works.

Actually, the only way i got to fix the problem was reformating my pc, now it works again.
