Program no longer running on second computer

X5 v 11 no longer will allow me to save or upload on my second computer I installed the program on. I can preview only, also I cannot update.

Why not? Do you get an error ?
Maybe a prtscrn will help us ? Can you make one ?

Try uninstalling the program and download the latest version from your profile and then reinstall it, see if that works.
