my sites- http://sergp.ru/ and http://киров-уфа.su/ in first I see main menu but in second- it is no. what I made wrong?

Hello Sergey,
To activate the footer menu please go to Step 1 General Settings > Template Style > Text Style...
Select 'Footer Menu' from the 'Page Item' drop-down menu... then place a tick in the checkbox entitled 'Style - Visible'
