How to change file name format to php, file name format is not working

hello there,
i have website x5 evo11 and i tried to creat some pages that include php codes, on page creating menu i used "html code object" to write php codes, and than i tried to change file name format on page properties on expert window but, it is not working, page file format still in html. pls any idea what can i do to fix it.

Hi Yusuf.
You can modify the extension of every page at Step 2, by selecting the page, then properties, and then the "Expert" tab only.
Are you sure you're setting it right? Please attach screenshot.
Remember to export the full site afterwards.
