Can files that have been exported be converted back to an editable file

My computer crashed and I lost all my working copies. The only one I could get was the one on my server. I downloaded it, but I'm not sure if there is a way to load them back in as an editable template. Because I want to make some updates to it.

Unfortunately, files from the server cannot be imported directly into WebSite X5, which will only accept an IWZIP file such as is produced in Step 5.
Your only course of action is to start a new project, and recreate as much of your old project as possible by copying and pasting text and images into the Text/Image Objects within WebSite X5, and downloading any media files for use in the Audio/Video Object.
For security always ensure that you export your project regularly in the future, to a location remote from your computer/hard drive, and for good measure retain more than one backup.

Thanks anyway I kinda thought that is what I had to do.
