1. I try to reinstall Evolution 11. But the download never starts.
2. I went from windows7 to windows10. Now WebsiteX5 Evolution doesn't start up, it keeps 'updating libraries'. What to do? I can't reach my commercial webssite anymore !!!!! Is it lost?

I don't think it's lost. BUt I assume you made a backup of your project ?

Yesterday the download worked. And after about 6 restarts WebsiteX5 works. Why? I don't know. But I am lucky, I didn't lose my websites.
No the projects are not deleted and are seperatly installed with backups, so you will lose it only if your drive crashes.
So keep a backup project (step5) on a different drive or mem stick to be as save as possible.
