Hello Dietmar,

Two suggestions which may help you in this instance:

1.  Deactivate the Passive FTP option in Optional Parameters (Step 5 of WebSite X5)

or

2.  Use SFTP - SSH File Transfer Protocol instead of FTP (Server Type in Step 5 of WebSite X5).  You may need to contact your webhost first to arrange for them to allow shell access to your server
