Can't remove vat from the cart totals using the delete option. Is there something different that needs to be done with the ev11 to remove the vat cart total mention. I had no problem with this when using ev9.

Have you specified 'no VAT' in Step 4 Advanced Settings > Shopping Cart > Options (tab) > VAT settings as per the screenshot attached?
