How can we import the language settings make with 11 professional version . I'm sorry if we have to translate everything again . Otherwise, for now I really like version 12 ...

In the Language Content Management Screen there are Import/Export buttons (see the screenshot attached).
If you use this facility then it will produce an XML file which can be edited (with care) using Notepad. You may have to compare the existing v11 and v12 files, adding any new fields into the v12 file as necessary.
