allthough I have plenty of credits it is impossible to buy a 4 credit template when creating a new project. The error message states that I have to buy credits to continue.

From the preview window when I click yhe buy button the message is

This resource is not available for your user licences

Go to the My credits page for information on credits and how to buy them.

When clicking the buy button from the project windo the popup says "general error" with a yellow triangle.

Solution??
