I am working in a web site http://www.soarte.pt and I would like to create a online shop, but I need know how can change the shipping cost by country, automatically when the country is chosen in the shopping cart.

The shopping cart system of Website X5 is not designed for complex applications store. For this you need a complex shop software. When it comes to a few variants Store and the article number is rather small, you might consider each country a separate project with appropriate shipping and VAT apply.

I think that is not so complex, and Website X5 already have some conditions or options on shopping, why they cant add shipping cost by country too?
The type of feature is currently not available, you can of course create an idea / suggestion. Then it's wait and see if the programmers realized this.
