Home page returns to older version

I work with WebsiteX5 Pro Ed 11. (http://www.rcdiabolos.be/index.php)
When I have alterred the content of the home page, published everything, I get an older version when visiting the website.
After surfing to some other pages in the website and returning to the HomePage, the content is the most recent one.
I tried to refresh the page but no change. I first have to go to another page and return before I see the most recent content.

Can you describe what browser you are using, and what method you are using to 'refresh' the page?
Also, you have two Home pages at present:
http://www.rcdiabolos.be/index.html
http://www.rcdiabolos.be/index.php
It would be prudent to delete the one which is no longer needed. I am quietly confident that this alone will cure your issue.
You can do this in Step 5 of WebSite X5.
