Assuming you are on version 12.0.1.15 (as your profile shows) and have ticked the 'Keep always visible' option for the menu in the Responsive Template Structure (http://help.websitex5.com/en/v12/evo/index.html?responsive_ht.htm) then this is an issue confined to the Evolution edition alone, which remains to be fixed.  Please see the following thread for further details:

However, please ensure you have updated to version 12.0.1.15 and then double-check the functionality of this particular feature, as the issue was reported to be resolved in that particular update:

Paul, thanks for the quick response.  I didn't realize that I had to select this option in responsive template structure as well as the main template structure. This is working fine now that I did as you suggested.

I don't find the search engine on Answers to be very good.  I had queried this and couldn't find this when I first looked.  When I went to google however I did find the post you mentioned.

The responsive design function was well worth the cost of the upgrade for sure!
