Updating Evolution 12

Good day, I purchase Evolution 12 today. I installed it but when wanting to update it, I get the error that it can't reach Website X5 server, please try again. I've bee trying the whole day so far. What can I do to update my copy.

Hello Louise,
As an alternative you can download the most current setup file (12.0.2.17) from the following location:
https://answers.websitex5.com/profile/downloads
Once downloaded, right-click on the setup file and select 'Run as administrator' - this will install the most recent version over the existing one... there is no need to uninstall first.
