Does your internet package include support for php ? Please check this first, for the items you mention this is mandatory. if not upgrade your hosting to a package with php support.

thank you for the link. I just sent a test email from the supplier page and the email was sent and the google recaptcha also accepted.
Is this the email form you meant?
