How to import an older project version 9 in to version 10 without .iwzip file

I haven't worked on this project for a long time. SInce 2 month I have a new computer and I made a copy of all my project but I DID NOT make an export file of it.
I work now with version 10.
Is there a way I can import the old project?

Unfortunately not. The IWZIP file is required as detailed in the official project conversion guide:
