If this is your website (http://www.daveynick.net/) then you have Media Player Objects on every page, with media files in various formats including MP3.  These require Adobe Flash and/or other media plugins before they will stream:

I don't know why you are suddenly not able to use the plugins which presumably were correctly installed before.  However, you can reinstall them by following the instructions in this thread:

the unzipped files are in the extensions folder and the live websisite is fine live ! but im still cant see the preview and still get the same message "couldnt load plugin ! any more ideas David

If the plugins are now installed in the correct folder on your computer then many more fomats should now be playable in the WebSite X5 preview.  However, the media file on your home page, for example, is in M4A format, which requires QuickTime, which was not included in the plugins package linked to.  In any event it is always best to convert to MP4 (including audio only files).  Once again I refer you to the official help file:

Please rename any files with .M4A extensions to .MP4 and then reload the renamed file into a Video/Audio Object within WebSite X5, and check for correct operation in the Preview mode.  M4A files can be renamed to MP4 without any further file conversion or modification.
