I have purchased and have been using 
wsx5_ev11   as per attachedI but I have recently  done a windows 10 update
and now your software fails as per attached. I have re loaded from the original
down loaded .exe file but I still get this same error. At reinstallation
everything works OK including registering with my serial number but then I get
the same failure.as attached error
list above

 Can you give me the correct URL to download
my version 11 again
