my computer crushed and i lost my project thats my problem. i found my project folder (with preferences menu) and i found project.iwprj file but i dont have backup.iwprj file for rename. this way https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/post/47713 not for me.

And are all these files inside a map / folder called project?
Then set the preferences in x5 to that map / folder, and see if your project comes up on starting x5.
If so export it in step 5, then set preference back to the original path. import project and you are hopefully o.k.
The preference folder project can be found in the first page of x5 -> preferences.
