The text you refer to is known as a 'snippet'  -  you can't force Google to change this...  you can only try to influence the outcome as best you can.

You will find lots of information about this in Google Search Console.

...usually Google uses the description wrote for the page, to show the first informations about its content; if you modify the description on the  property of page...

...mainly you only, comparing the project with Google description, are able to modify it...
