Email form not sending

I have an email form which isn't sending me the data, but is replying to the person who filled in the form.
I fill in the newsletter subscription form and later on I get an email saying thank you for subscribing. however the email that suposed to get he subscription data, never get it.
I am using Evo 10 and GoDaddy for the hosting and the webspace email.

it should be a php problem, as you can see from http://www.mialeightonjones.co.uk/admin/
You should contact your provider and ask to activate php.
In this way you would be able to send and receive emails.

Hi, sorry it's not on that wesbite it's on http://www.dadars.com/
When I goto http://www.dadars.com/admin I get a Website X5 Login, what is this and what would the credentials be?

The login is the access point of entry to the WebSite X5 'control panel' which contains useful tools to help you maintain your website, including diagnostics for the email forms:

You need to use the 'Administrator' credentials as defined in Step 4 Access Management:

The links I have provided are for the current version (12), but version 10 is broadly similar. You can press the 'F1' key at any time within WebSite X5 and you will be presented with context-sensitive help specifically for the version you are using.
