Try to remove all custom HTML code you added on the project and then as example upload it on a subfolder online and then test it again to see if then it works correctly.

I've tried to make as you told. Even created absolutly new ne costom HTML code free project and uploaded it to "test" subfolder

But unfortunatly it didn't help and it doesn't work.

Maybe there is some way to customize the link action depending on the whether computer used or mobile device. For example if it's comuter - it will be opened as Showbox, if it's mobile device - new tab. I can see that this is the only way to solve this problem.

By the way, I've tested this form on Windows Phone and it works fine. But only there. All android devices can't type anything.

Thank you for your test. I tested it also on a new project and noticed the same behaviour and I already informed the developers. They will check the issue and, in case, fix it in the future updates. You will receive a notification of a new update in the opening screen of WebSite X5 and you can see the changes made in the updates on websitex5.com/changelog/v12 .

It seems it sees the click on the second field like the double click to zoom.

According to your recomendation, I'm continuing typing here. But unfortunatly I didn't recive any kind of reply to the question I've asked. So I copy ot here

"I'm working on eshop website and want to make the product page apear in a showbox. But it' difficult to make a purchase when I'm using mobile devices. First of all - it's imposible to type anything in any text area of a showbox page. All the window starts to jump and tryes to close the keybord then appears again.

I've already tested with no any of custom code on absolutly clean website and it acts the same. As I wrote before - it works only on Windows Phones.

The second problem is that it's uncomfortable to use popup windows on mobile devices at all, so it would be nice to make it posible to be shown as a showbox on pc full version and as a new window on mobile version.

Is there any kind of solution or some code which can help me to do this for this time before the delevelopers team solves this problem?"

There are unlikely to be any further official comments from Incomedia on this issue until the developers have analysed it and produced an update to the software.  But you might get a response from other users.

The developers verified the issue and the behaviour of the showbox is correct in this waz since once you click it shows the keyboard and the showbox is resized.

It's suggested to rethink the design of the website since in this way it won't be usable.

Dear Claudio. Thank you for your reply but it's very strange for me that the developers don't try to make chandes according to the information they recive from customers. 

I've been with Website X5 since the 8th version and I like this program very much. I even can say that I'm very loyal customer. And if the program gives the chance to make the pages appear as a showbox - I think it will be right for the developers to make it posible to be used on the mobile devices. According to the test I've made everything works fine on Windows mobile devices. So this is just a question of adaptation for android and IOS. 

And I absolutly don't agry that how it works now is the way how it should work. According to the last issues I can see in a technical support, the most wide spread answer if something works not the way it should is "please leave your idea for the developers " or "unfortunatly the program doesn't support this function"

And It's ok if we're talking about the new functions. But the functions which the program already has - I think they should work fine and the way it should. And I don't agree that the answer as please rethink you design sutes to the technical support team of the program which is sold for more than 200 USD. I'm working with the professional edition, so please make it professional.

The same stuff happents to my other issue about the words position in opening menu. If the program has a function of adding icon to the menu - it doesn't mean that it should start work not correctly after is. This is 100% bug of the program which should be solved. But not again - it is still there.

Please pay attention to the way how you solve the program's problems. It's very pity for me to have such emotions because of it. It's also sad because I think that the idea and the program itself is very good. It would be just great to improve the technical support.

Unfortunately this doesn't depends on the program but on how the OS of the mobile device works. The developers have been informed about it and directly it can't be done anything since it's the OS functionality but it is kept in consideration if there comes out a possibility they will for sure introduce it since we try to add new functionalities and keep the program updated with the latest technologies.

About the other issue the developers are still working on it and as soon as it has been fixed it will be released with an update. At the moment I don't when it will happen but I will inform you.
