Access to project.iwprj is DENIED. Cannot save any changes.

I am using WebsiteX5 Ver: 10 & 11. I recovered a project i done and managed to have it up an running on the WebsiteX5 program however when i try to change anything and click "save" it gives an error: "An error occurred while saving the file. Access to path 'C:\...\project.iwprj is denied.
What I did was rename a project(2015.....UTC).iwprj to project.iwprj and put it into the correct directory for WX5v10.
I have checked all permissions and I am an Administator so permissions is fine. I just cannot figure out why its doing this. Please help.

This error happens in WebsiteX5 ver10 and 11.

Try to check the file and folder permissions and in case try to repair the windows permissions in general since this issue depends on the windows settings.
