Is there a way to offer shipping on some products (by weight) and Stor pick up on others? (Ie, a 500 lb chair I do not want to ship)

I may be going about this wrong but here is my problem. I had database issues with www.publichardware.com I was selling furniture, no shipping. After a long while Yall helped me get it to work. Well now I have clearance items I want to sell but with shipping options. I copied my original website, took out most pages, changed the web address in step 2 www.publichardware.com/Clearance and started a new shopping cart. I created a new shopping cart database(changed names in the program too), and added the same username/password to that database. And I am having database connection problems. All this so I can have the option to ship these items, but not the chairs.
