My registered version keeps asking for re-activation

Have similiar issue. Have had to re-activate X5 Pro 11 so I can access the program & my files now that I have purchased X5 Pro 12 which has not asked me for re-activation.
This has happened 3 times with X5 Pro11 lately including today. Why?
Yes, I am the Administrator & yes that box does pop up. I have Windows 7 & previously had no problems w/the 3 other versions of X5 I bot & used in the past. Pro 12 is working fine but am trying to save my Pro11 clients sites so I can transfer them to Pro 12.
Windows itself has been doing alot of updates lately - could that be at fault?
I very much like the new Pro 12 but what is going on with my Pro 11 ? Good thing I have everything on 4x6 cards so I can re activate 11 - so what is happening?
