Trouble updating objects

Hello,
I cannot update objects in the objects management page even after turning off my antivirus and firewall. When In objects management the update the library and display large icons buttons are both behind the drop down menu. I can still click the edge of the update library button.
When I do I receive the error "it was not possible to connect to the incomedia server".
I can update the program but not the objects. I’m using v12 pro.

Hello Tug and Olga,
It looks as if there is indeed an issue currently with Incomedia's server. However, it is very likely that this will be a temporary issue, as the error message suggests.
I will alert Incomedia to this thread. Unfortunately, their working hours do not extend over the weekend.

The developers verified the issue and now it is working again. Please try again to use the object management and in case of difficulties let me know.
