robots.txt generated by X5 does block some inside resources, like it should be. Otherwise I can see a full discution about it according to the links below.
Should we edit the robots.txt or not?

These resources are not required to be indexed since these are the background settings of the menu buttons.
It won't help to have a better ranking since it's not a content which needs to be indexed but if you want to can remove the line:
disallow /menu

Thank you too, it seems reasonable what you just said, I am a little foggy about the Google article because there is no reason indeed to index the backgound menu / CSS and so on.
