Please visit http://www.yoursite.com/admin/login.php replacing yoursite.com with your domain name as appropriate.

Use your Admin username and password to log in.  If you don't know what these are then you can find them by going to Step 4 - Advanced Settings - Access Management

Once logged in use the built-in email diagnostics to check for any errors, and to send test messages to yourself.  You can try altering the script if the 'Standard Script' doesn't appear to work.  Once you have found the correct settings for your particular server then you can edit the actual settings in Step 4 to reflect the same.

Are you sure you filled in all the necessary boxes under the send tab?

Especially "user e-mail address" (should be the email address you wish to send to)

(my screen grab is from pro 12, hopefully there is little difference)
