Can you post error message or log, wich operating system are you using?

It coud be .netframework issue, there are a posts about how to handle these here in Answers.

But Without erro log it's difficult to answer yur question.

Where can I locate the error log?

I am using the recent updated Win 10.

It should pop up when program crashes, else make a prtscrn on the moment the programs fails to continue.

it could be a .NET Framework issue, please try to follow this procedure to repair them: 

Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off
Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. Clear also the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 and then click on OK. 
After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and 4.6 and then click ok.
