I want to change my menu bar width i want its background color cover all page not a small portion thank for your help.

Thanks for your answer but i dont get it i want to make my menu bar not 980 px but its locked i want to make it cover all page. :/

I tought i got it but still cant change it when i allow menu bar always show i want to make background come it it but not a piece i want to cover all background
