With the upcoming launch of the new version 13, I reiterate my request (I think since version 10) the possibility to customize the subject of the email generated by the contact form, as well as creating a self-generated ID number field.

Object Submission form e-mail.

I wish to take into account for future updates, add the following options to configure the way the submission of the contact form.
* Be able to select one of the fields in the form and add it to the subject of e-mail.
* Add an ID number auto-generated which is also included in the subject or body of the e-mail, to make easier the search for emails, keep track of e-mails received and responses for cases of persons / companies that receive lots of queries through the form.
