WebSite X5 evolution 12 did not start!

Hi, I have updated my Win10 computer to Win version 1607.
I am running WebSite X5 Evolution 12 and the program did'n start.
When clicking on the icon a little respons with a blue circle appears, the it dies.
I have tried to start the program i admin-mode with no luck.
Everything work allright before update.

Hello Kjell,
In the first instance please fully uninstall WebSite X5, and then reinstall using the option 'Run as administrator'.
Check that all Windows components, and in particular all Microsoft .NET components are fully updated on your Windows 10 installation.
If the problem persists then please let us know, and wait for the Incomedia support staff to respond. They usually do so within 24/48 hours.

After two days I went to fix the problem by following your advice, before then I tried to start the program and everything is working.
