Android app check in problem

Hi,
I downloaded the app (android), but I don't know check in (user and password)
The app write a massage:"The website cannot be added. Check that the data is correct."
I wached my user login....and correct...but I can't log on to app.
Help! Please. Thx

The app is for sites built with the Professional 13 version only.
The login credentials are your administrator details as defined in Step 1 Settings > Advanced > Access Management.

I have 13 version...but don't working the app. The problem is it now too. Where I find the guide use the app (android)
...more detaied?
...and where I find the " Settings > Advanced > Access Management"? In the program or in android app? I did't find it.
Please help me solvet the problem.
