why if i use animation animated headlines after enter the text that i want and determine the effect no visible effect on the text. that i made use windows 8.1 already reinstall still no change .. thanks in advance

Do you refer to viewing in the preview mode, or online? Have you made sure to clear your browser cache before testing?
