I downloaded Evo 13 v13.0.0.14 and installed. It installed without issue but upon first run the program "Loading Libraries" OK and then proceeds to "Updaing Libararies...". It then locks up while updating libraries. After receiving an error box, the 'Updating Libraries..." continues to run (locked up) and must be killed with Task Manager - End Process.

Uninstalled, rebooted, re-downloaded the installation file, and reinstalled twice with same result. Disabled AV and most other running processes/apps with same reult. Running Windows 10 Pro with updates installed.
