I want to buy a website X5 V13; I have my website account, but I would like to open a new account when I get my new version.
Can I do this to a special price, becouse I have a 50% Off.

I believe that Incomedia offered 50% discount only for old users. For new user, or new accounts I believe the discount is less for those who purchase the new version.
