Magnus, I am sure incomedia will correct me if I am wrong but I read of some issues with secure areas. I know there is a new version coming and if it is a problem I am sure it will be addressed.

As for upgrading directly from 10 to 13, that is what I would do / have done. There will be some issues to deal with like turning the text in your header back in to text (it will come across as an image) but overall the desktop version of your site should not look any different.

thank you for your message and for you interest in our products. It is not necessary to upgrade "step by step", you can freely uodate from the 10 to the latest version without having any difficulties. 

Unfortunately, some users have had problems when importing their projects, especially in the days after the launch, but this is due to the fact that some irregularities tend to emerge only when many people use the software with real projects. Still, I would like to highlight that our technicians and developers have immediately analysed the different situations in order to find a good solution. In fact,  an upgrade solving some of the irregularities has been released. 

As far as the secure areas is concerned, not everyone has had issues with it. Still, in case of problems on any type you can always ask for technical support here on the Help Center. I kindly advice you to download the free trial version, so to try the software before buying it. In case of dissatisfaction, which I sincerely hope will not be your case, you can alsways ask for a refound within 30 days after the purchase.
