I'am using website version 13, and I would to know if it's possible to place a fix header in the website. If it's possible, please inform me about this.

Hello Chris,
thank you for your message. You can create the header you want to in Step 2- Header and Footer content. The header and the footer are fix , so they will be always the same in every page. If you did not mean this, please explain what you want to achieve, also by inserting screenshot or links to sites having the effect you like.
