On the website that i converted from v12 to v13, most all is working well now.

However, for the mobile header, i have a graphic "Welcome to the Ocean Hill..." that is displayed to the left of the menu button.  It displays properly when the home page is first brought up, but when scrolling down, the graphic is not displayed. Only a blue bar and the menu button.  This worked in v12.

The strange thing is that the graphic and menu bar display properly in the preview function. All is good with the menu header when scrolling in the Preview. It is strange that it works in the preview, but not when published.
