Menu linked to specifc section on the same page not working

Dear all,

I'm unable to link the menu options to the different page sections below on the same page.
For example: when I click on Contact; it scrolls down to the Contact section.
I forgot how to do that. With ankers?
Anyone any idea?

yes set anker on the place you want to jump to, give it a name. Then goto the link option button, then select link to website, select the page where the anker is on, then select the anker name
