My WebSite X5 V10 don't do the zip to transfer all the information

I have WebSite V10 and I bought V12 ... and wanted to use it but the V10 don't do the zip...

why not?
The zip file is made when exporting the project in step5 (export project)
This file can then be imported in v12.
PLease test / check again, if it still does not work please elaborate where and why it does not work, a prtscrn might alos help.
