Saving Project and updating files runs forever... the only way to regain control is to use Task Manager and end task!

Does this happens with every project?
Try please following:
- Open the windows start menu or press the Windows Key + R and search for cmd.exe and run it with the right click as administrator.
- In the Command Prompt enter following command:
lodctr /R
- Press enter
Once done test the save function again to see if you still experience the same issue.
