is there a way to keep the page header visible when the user scroll down the page. I know you can keep the menu visible but i would like to keep the page header and menu in the same location when scrolling

No sorry, this is not possible within x5 standard settings.
If you would like something liike that you could create an IDEA post for Incomedia maybe they can create something like that in a future version.
