I've using Ver 13. Recently I will using DISQUS application to connection Blog Data or recent post. Are there any body able to explain this guidline ?

You need to create an account on the disqus website http://disqus.com/websites/ and then you will be able to manage the comments from your profile on http://disqus.com/

I'm thankyou your post, I was make account, but no succses to connection with the website. Can you explain a few of that methode ? such as : where to paste the Html Code, and etc.

You don't need to add any codes in the program but only your disqus username and the program generates all the necessary code.
In the blog comment section choose Disqus for the comments and then enter your disqus username and once exported online it will use disqus for the comments on your blog.
