"Empty Template" is not empty!?!?!?

X5 13 Pro. Why when I choose Empty Template this comes up?? I need a completely empty template. See attached image.

This is a blank template (without sizes for the fields and without colors, it could not be used by new users), if you want a completely neutral template, you can create pages in the project without Tempalte, or from the empty template its own complete Neutral template.

By clicking on "Empty Template" you get a default template, which is the one to be seen on your screenshot, whose blue parts are only the guidelines to follow in order to adapt them to your needs from Step 2- Customization. You can change every aspect of this default template following your own wishes.
