I've been asked to help design a talent agency website and wondering if X5 is the software to use. The site would need to be able to display a photo of all clients of the agency and more details of the client when photo clicked. Client must be able to access their profile and be able to update it.
Any advice would be most grateful.

I don't think x5 is the best for this, it has no objects to keep personal profile's through internet.
The only thing I can think off is bullitin board software (phpbb) but it is also not exactly what you are looking for.....

we are building a x5 template for something similar but would require it to be updated with the x5 software.

thank you for your message and for your interest in our program.
You could have this outcome by using an Image Object and adding on each photo a link to a page containing the description of the client.
As to the profiles, with WebSite X5 Professional you can create different pages for each client and add a Dynamic Content Object. By clicking on it you have the possibility of choosing which user can modify it. In this way, the client will have the possibility to modify texts and images.
