Error Message on start up 'Incomedia WebSite X5 Start (13) has stopped working'

Hi,
WebSite X5 Start (13) has never started properly since I installed it a few hours ago. I keep getting an error stating 'Incomedia WebSite X5 Start (13) has stopped working A problem caused the program to stop working correctly ....' etc.
I have a Dell XPS Desktop with a Gen 4 Intel i7 4770 @3.4GHz Processor, 16GB Ram Running Windows 10 (1607) 64 bit on a 750GB SSD with a 2TB Data Drive.
I have seen one feed that suggests the issue might be with a Lavasoft product, but I dont have that.
I uninstalled X5 Home (11) before installing Start (13), could that be the issue.

Just in case you have components of the lavasoft product installed, you might like to step through the guide provided by Incomedia.

The removal of WX5 Home 11 will not have any affect on Start 13, but you could reinstall Home 11 if you wish because both programs will run independently.
