it appear to me that the latest version of Evo 13 does not support gif - The images where uploaded previous the latest upgrade and on line are fine but on the preview they appear as the sample.
I have also try to upload on a different site and unfortunately the result is the same as the preview.
By the way the program keep freezing , I think Incomedia should do somenthing to fix the problem

Try a reset of pc.
Can you test on another pc. like a laptop for instance?
At my end gif pictures work like they always have, with no problem in preview or online.

Yes I have tried on laptop same problem, but I solved the problem converting the gif in jpg.
Luca, if you have any gif's with transparent background, convert them to transparent png. They work perfectly.

Can you please test the same GIF image on a new project to see if there you experience the same issue?
I tested the GIF files on the program and these were appearing correctly.

I tested this gif file in a project and it was appearing correctly.
I also tried to export it online and to save the project and then to reopen it to test it but it was always appearing correctly.
Can you please test if wwith another gif file you have the same issue?

I tried with GIF and animated GIF they working properly - But for a batch of GIF (you have a sample) does not work correctly. Thanks for you assistance

I tested this gif file and it works correctly. Probably the settings you used for this gif file are the cause of the issue on your computer. Try to use different settings for these files and then test them again.
