Adding arrow in main menu style

I'm trying to find out if it is possible to add arrow in main menu style ?
please see attached file an example of what i want.

Farhad, yes you could as a background image (step 2 , menu customisation, main menu style), but it would be for ALL menu items, not just the ones with sub menus.
